Michael Harris is the managing partner of Harris & Harris, bringing to the practice experience in complex commercial litigation and a range of general commercial transactions. Michael holds an Honours degree in Law and Applied Finance, and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and is a current member of the Law Society of NSW.

Michael commenced his legal career in the structured property finance group at Clayton Utz, before joining the securitisation team at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 2003 (as it was then known). He subsequently gained experience in the commercial litigation group at Mallesons before forging Harris & Harris in early 2004 with founding partner Barry Harris.

Michael is experienced in various areas of property, corporate and commercial advice and litigation. His client base ranges from individuals and small business, to public foreign companies and large national enterprise.
