Katie is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and holds Honours Degrees in Law and Media from Macquarie University. She is also an accredited mediator with LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolvers) and an experienced conciliator with the Australian Human Rights Commission. Prior to working at the Commission, Katie has worked in legal roles at Deloittes and UBS (forensics and anti-money laundering), before taking up a role at Deacons (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in workplace law and industrial relations. She is a valuable consultant to the firm, offering a considerable resource of dispute resolution techniques and industrial relations law.
