Jackson Rogers



Jackson commenced his legal career in commercial litigation and dispute resolution with SBA Lawyers in 2005. He has since litigated in the areas of trade practices, intellectual and real property, contract, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporations law, and negligence. He has been involved with contested proceedings before the High Court of Australia. He has also participated in dispute resolution negotiations with prominent multinationals.

Jackson has a passion for human rights law and has provided legal advice to governments and appeared at hearings before senate committees and commissions of inquiry in this area. He has spent considerable time working in Africa with governments and non-government organizations. Jackson has produced policy briefs for the New South Wales Council for Civil Liberties, Save the Children and the Institute for Democracy in Africa.

Jackson is admitted as a solicitor with the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He holds a BA LLB from Macquarie University and an LLM (Hons) from Central European University. Jackson joined Harris & Harris in 2011, and is a valuable member of the legal team.
