Andrej was admitted as a Solicitor in 2013. Before joining Harris & Harris Solicitors in 2015, he has worked for a number of small-to-medium sized firms in Sydney and London.

Andrej is an experienced commercial lawyer who works with some of Australia’s most prominent corporations and private clients. He is passionate about assisting corporate and commercial clients to manage their legal and compliance risks, and to grow and expand their operations. Andrej has the privilege of working with start-ups through to well established businesses facing a variety of challenges and opportunities.
Land & property
As most of Harris & Harris’ clients own or have dealings with land, Andrej assists clients with buying, selling and leasing property. From small retail leases through to large commercial leases, property and high value hotel acquisitions and sales, he provides tailored solutions and advice to our clients.
Wills, business succession & probate
Andrej enjoys assisting clients with not only preparing their wills but also guiding them through the broader estate planning process in relation to business succession and dealing with one’s ‘non-personal wealth’, such as family trusts. He is a trusted advisor to many high-net-worth individuals and he can reduce complex legal concepts into readily digestible advice no matter how simple or complex your affairs may be.

- Assisting a media business move from a start-up phase, through various acquisitions and mergers, to become a public company.
- Acting for a private land developer with the off-plan sale of approximately 50 apartments in NSW.
- Acting for one of Australia’s wealthiest private clients with respect to establishing estate plans, including wills with multi-generational bloodline testamentary trusts.
- Assisting a prominent hospitality client build their business through land acquisitions and long-term leasing arrangements.
- Acting on the purchase of a $50 million-dollar licensed venue.
- Assisting with the negotiation and execution of a long-term multi-level tenancy including complex fit out and incentive deeds.
Qualifications
Andrej holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Sydney) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (UTS).
